TOWN PLANNING
The town planner appointed for the Development is Urban Consult (Proprietary) Limited, represented by Robert Streak.
Urban Consult has been involved with the project from inception, playing a key role in the rights application and zoning process.

GOLF COURSE DESIGN
Ivora Properties is has mandated Matkovich and Hayes as Golf Course Architect and Design.
Negotiations are in process for construction.

The Matkovich and Hayes group has been responsible for the design and construction of several premier golf courses locally and internationally.

ARCHITECT (RESIDENTIAL, ESTATE AND COMMERCIAL)
The estate, residential and commercial architects for the development are Stauch Vortser Architects (“SVA”), represented by Andrew Payne.

The urban design architects for the development are ADA Urban Design (“ADA”), represented by Steve Orbell.

PROJECT ENGINEERS
HBS Africa Consulting Engineers (Proprietary) Limited (“HBS”), represented by Quintin de Klerk have been appointed as the professional engineers for the Development. Their offering covers the entire range of services required, including civil, electrical, traffic and so forth, but excludes traffic, which will be undertaken by AJK Projects (refer to 6.7). HBS is a black owned company specialising in Consulting Civil and Structural Engineering and Project Management. 51% of the shareholding is held by young black entrepreneurs who sit on the HBS Board and are involved in company management and operations. The original consulting engineering company was established in South Africa in 1986 and brings a wealth of experience and expertise into the company as it is today. HBS has its head office in Randburg, Gauteng and associated offices in other provinces.
During the 20 years of HBS’ existence, the total value of projects completed is in excess of ZAR 3.5 Billion (US$ 600 Million).
HBS has brought together a wide range of civil and structural engineering skills, project management skills and expertise in economics.
The experience and expertise gained over the years enables HBS to undertake any project in Africa and to deliver effective solutions. The practice is registered with the South African Association of Consulting Engineers (SAACE).

TRAFFIC ENGINEER
Infragen Consulting Engineers (Proprietary) Limited (“Infragen”), represented by Harm Schreuers, have been appointed as traffic engineers for the project.
Infragen Consulting Engineers is a specialist consulting company designing and investigating alternatives in the civil, traffic and transportation engineering fields. The range of services includes traffic engineering planning and studies, filling station design, township services, design of transport facilities, traffic modelling investigations, traffic signal design, traffic calming, pavement design, etc.
The company consists of 10 experienced employees. The staff have been involved in the full project cycle of projects from pre-feasibility studies to detail design, implementation as well as after studies. Our competitive edge is the fact that senior engineers are involved in all projects to ensure the application of experience and best service to our clients.
